In exchange: honest feedback after each case and a short monthly check-in during the pilot. After 90 days, Starter pricing applies ($199/month). Does Valedis replace our EDRS?
No. You still file through your state's Electronic Death Registration System. Valedis prepares a complete, checked record so your filing goes through clean the first time.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are billed once a year and are non-refundable after 30 days. Founding pilot homes get 90 days free; after that, standard Starter pricing ($199/month) applies with no lock-in.
What counts as a case?
One case is one death record — from family intake to filed certificate. Cases are counted in your plan year. We'll reach out before you approach your tier limit.
Can we add more staff accounts?
Yes. All plans include up to three user accounts (director and admin staff). Additional seats can be added — ask us when you request a demo.
Is this available outside Florida?
Florida is live now. We're expanding across the Southeast — Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, and beyond — through 2026. Request a demo and we'll let you know exactly when your state is ready.
What if we have questions during setup?
Every new account gets a walkthrough on a real case. Core and Practice plans include priority support. Founding pilot homes have a direct line to the founders throughout the 90-day pilot.
